Your gift may be tax deductible as a charitable contribution to the limits allowed by federal law. We will send you a gift acknowledgement to use as your receipt. Heart of Hospice and Heart of Hospice Foundation do not practice tax or legal consultation and urge you to obtain assistance from your own professional legal or tax advisor as to the deductibility of your gift.

Funding for Heart of Hospice Foundation comes from memorial gifts and donations from individual and community sources. Donations go directly to patients and families and Heart-To–Heart experiences.

Donations may be made as a memorial in memory of a deceased family member or friend, in honor of someone who has inspired you, or just because you care. Heart of Hospice will send a personalized card acknowledging your thoughtful contribution to those you are honoring.
